Legal and administrative strategies for addressing military administrative offences within the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
Abstract
Martial law in Ukraine underscores the importance of optimizing the functions of the State Border Service, particularly in preventing military administrative violations among personnel. This study focuses on current issues related to the implementation of preventive measures against administrative offenses in border areas within a modern context. The role of the State Border Service as the primary subject of prevention activities is analyzed, including a review of international experiences concerning the characteristics of unlawful acts within border services. Furthermore, the research examines the legal framework that ensures the implementation of such activities, as well as the strategic areas of prevention carried out by border protection agencies. Findings from global practices reveal adaptable characteristics that can enhance the effectiveness of combating military offenses in Ukraine. Based on these insights, the study provides recommendations for improving procedures aimed at preventing military administrative violations during martial law.
