Complete the Law on Contracts sor Sale and Purchase of Goods in Accordance With Vietnamese Law
Abstract
Economic law plays a crucial role in Vietnam’s economic development and international integration. However, there remains a pressing need to improve Vietnam’s legal framework to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with international legal standards. This is particularly important in the context of contracts for the international sale of goods, where differences in legal interpretation can lead to disputes and inefficiencies. Research indicates that enhancing the relevant laws will help ensure that contracts between businesses are implemented effectively, remain legally compliant, and generate economic benefits. In addition to legislative reforms, it is essential to raise legal awareness among enterprises so they can better protect their legitimate rights and interests in commercial transactions. Legal education and support mechanisms should be strengthened to promote compliance and reduce risks. Furthermore, the study proposes practical solutions for harmonizing Vietnamese law with international standards, thereby promoting deeper and more effective global economic integration for Vietnam in the future.
